I work w/ a freight company that shall remain anonymous. This guy also owes us almost $10,000 we have already turned him over to collections and he is on cash only. (has to pay by credit card before we even load his freight on a truck to be delivered) the ONLY way you will ever get a hold of this guy is when he is calling to make a payment. If you are trying to contact him it WILL NOT happen!! he even has "associates" tell our collection agency he is in jail to avoid payments owed to us. Do not do business with this individual under any circumstance! He can and he WILL scam you, it is what he does, and he does it VERY well! he owns/operates under http://sdmexpressinc.com/ and also http://www.sexxxydepotmiami.com/ avoid both at all costs!

Miami,#3REBUTTAL Owner of company
Wed, August 20, 2008
Hello, my name is Ronnie Hazan and I am the owner of Fast Pick Logistics, Inc. We are a small shipping company based in Miami. I opened this small company almost two years ago and since then, I have been working around the clock, 7days a week to maintain its integrity. Former business associate, Mr. Ron Nelson, worked for our company as an owner/operator (independent contractor). Mr. Nelson has never been a company employee for Fast Pick Logistics, Inc. We have, however supplied Mr. Nelson with job (shipment) opportunities that have come to us. In his report, he indicated that were and are located in a little dinky office in a little run down strip mall. If this is true, then why would a rational being such as yourself decide to accept shipment opportunities at a place like that? Clearly, your scathing comments are not based on truth. In addition to that, payments for the jobs we provided for Mr. Nelson have been credited to him. Any other payment that as he puts it a stop payment on the check was not because we did not have the funds in the bank, but because Mr. Nelson failed t o complete his shipment duties and abandoned the trailer we provided for him in the middle of the country. Mr. Nelson's chronic dishonesty is not only reflected in his open letter but also in his work ethic. To avoid taking responsibility, Mr. Nelson lied about his truck being in a repair shop, prompting our company to hire another drive from Los Angeles, CA to clean up after Mr. Nelson and pick up his abandoned and neglected trailer, at our companies expense. Mr. Nelson has established his own reputation, records show that he has jumped around many companies10 in just the last year. While part of my job is to find the highest paying loads for drives, owner/operators like Mr. Nelson are quick to desert their responsibilities to a company. Mr. Nelson scathing report about Fast Pick Logistics, Inc is nothing more then a disgruntle former partner. We have proof that we have paid Mr. Nelson for services that he completed and are in conjunction with contractual agreement he signed. Further more it is unnecessary and inappropriate to comment on ones religious belief in any situation much less one that deals with a business matter. I too will be contacting the Better Business Beau and the DOT Department to notify them that Mr. Nelson is not completing his load books properly nor is he a safe drive on the roads. Thank you, Ronnie Hazan Fast Pick Logistics, Inc.
