Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I contracted with Fast Pick Logistics to transport freight for them. When I talked with them they gave me the impression that they were large and had been in the business for some time. They advertised in one of the truckers magazines for owner operators. When I went down to North Miami Beach to meet with them they were and are located in a little dinky office in a little run down strip mall. After I had transported several loads for them and my pay was due they kept putting me off. Not answering their phone, saying that they were working on getting my pay into the bank. After several weeks and about $ 6,000 owed they, Ronnie Hazan, who says he owns the business, took a company check to my bank, Bank of America. Soon as I left town he put a stop payment on the check. I assume he did not have the funds in the bank.

Several things you should be aware of. Ronnie Hazan, who prides himself on being a businessman, is no businessman. He, in my opinion is a con artist. I have heard from a couple of other contractors that he did the same thing. He says he has other offices on the west coast. Right!

His office was staffed by Eli Abitan and himself. Probably his wife helps out but they are not a professional business. All the pictures and information on their web site has been extracted and pasted to make them look like something other than the nickle and dime operation they are

All they do is broker freight as a third party, and they do a poor job of that.Rates are rediculous and he doesn't have a clue what he is doing.

He leases junk trailers, his office is trashy and very disorganized. He did on several occassions ask me to transport freight in an illilegal manner, which I had a problem with and will be addressing with the FDOT.

He says he is a religous J** and practices his faith. By his actions alone you know that is not true either. If any contractors/drivers have had dealings with Fast Pick Logistics, Ronnie Hazan or Eli Abitan please contact me at (((Redacted))).

I have contacted the Better Business Bureau (Dade County), the Florida Attorney Generals Office in Tallahasse, the State's Attorneys' Office in Dade County and am in the process of talking with the Florida Department of Transportation.

Several of us contractors/drivers are filing a class action law suit against Ronnie Hazan and Fast Pick Logistics. Our intent is to retrieve our money and put Fast Pick Logistics out of business for their fraudulent operations. If you would like to be added to the list please contact me. It will not cost you anything. Attorney fees will be included in the law suit and paid by Fast Pick Logistics.

If you have any information on the brokers that they used to get you freight please forward that to me also. We are contacting as many as we can to let them know the business practices of Fast Pick Logistics

I work w/ a freight company that shall remain anonymous. This guy also owes us almost $10,000 we have already turned him over to collections and he is on cash only. (has to pay by credit card before we even load his freight on a truck to be delivered) the ONLY way you will ever get a hold of this guy is when he is calling to make a payment. If you are trying to contact him it WILL NOT happen!! he even has "associates" tell our collection agency he is in jail to avoid payments owed to us. Do not do business with this individual under any circumstance! He can and he WILL scam you, it is what he does, and he does it VERY well! he owns/operates under http://sdmexpressinc.com/ and also http://www.sexxxydepotmiami.com/ avoid both at all costs!

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Wed, August 20, 2008

Hello, my name is Ronnie Hazan and I am the owner of Fast Pick Logistics, Inc. We are a small shipping company based in Miami. I opened this small company almost two years ago and since then, I have been working around the clock, 7days a week to maintain its integrity. Former business associate, Mr. Ron Nelson, worked for our company as an owner/operator (independent contractor). Mr. Nelson has never been a company employee for Fast Pick Logistics, Inc. We have, however supplied Mr. Nelson with job (shipment) opportunities that have come to us. In his report, he indicated that were and are located in a little dinky office in a little run down strip mall. If this is true, then why would a rational being such as yourself decide to accept shipment opportunities at a place like that? Clearly, your scathing comments are not based on truth. In addition to that, payments for the jobs we provided for Mr. Nelson have been credited to him. Any other payment that as he puts it a stop payment on the check was not because we did not have the funds in the bank, but because Mr. Nelson failed t o complete his shipment duties and abandoned the trailer we provided for him in the middle of the country. Mr. Nelson's chronic dishonesty is not only reflected in his open letter but also in his work ethic. To avoid taking responsibility, Mr. Nelson lied about his truck being in a repair shop, prompting our company to hire another drive from Los Angeles, CA to clean up after Mr. Nelson and pick up his abandoned and neglected trailer, at our companies expense. Mr. Nelson has established his own reputation, records show that he has jumped around many companies10 in just the last year. While part of my job is to find the highest paying loads for drives, owner/operators like Mr. Nelson are quick to desert their responsibilities to a company. Mr. Nelson scathing report about Fast Pick Logistics, Inc is nothing more then a disgruntle former partner. We have proof that we have paid Mr. Nelson for services that he completed and are in conjunction with contractual agreement he signed. Further more it is unnecessary and inappropriate to comment on ones religious belief in any situation much less one that deals with a business matter. I too will be contacting the Better Business Beau and the DOT Department to notify them that Mr. Nelson is not completing his load books properly nor is he a safe drive on the roads. Thank you, Ronnie Hazan Fast Pick Logistics, Inc.
