I got a hold of Father's Choice to become a member, and get the much needed legal help I could get. Because I had a hearing in 5 days, they charged me a total of $1183 ($98 for membership, and $1095 for the legal fees), they took some information from me from what i needed them to do, I gave the the info, then they said one of their attorneys was going to call me the next day. No attorney called. None called the next day either (Friday) I called my case manager and he apologized, he was going to have one of the attorneys call that evening. When an attoeny called, all he said was I should go to court and just rebut the info that we were going to the hearing for. I got frustrated with my case manager and I called him on his personal phone line, he chastises me for calling on a Sunday on his personal line, then when I explained to him that the attorney told me to fend for myself, and that I want a refund because that goes against Father's Choice's contract with me, he said he was sorry, he will make sure that attorney gets fired, and because I needed to go to court in the morning (Monday), he would have the senior attorney call me either that night or about 0930 (MDT) before I go to court, or he would make sure that I got a full, 100% refund because they dropped the ball and that their clients shouldn't pay because of the organization's screw-up. Well, no call, so when I called my case worker, he wasn't in that day, then I called the next and was told the same thing. On the third try, I was given this email address to tell their "legal" department what happened, so I can get the refund. The address was [email protected]. They responded to my email and said that someone will call me within 5 days. Well, its been two weeks and no calls, in fact, whenever I called, I got that the number was disconnected. I am going to file a police report for fraud against them, and want to go to the California AG, but I have no address for them, do not even know what city they are in. But I have found out that in some of my emails, the email domain is @sblaw.net. I went to www.sblaw.net and found a very similar business pitch, so I believe Father's Choice and SB Law are together.

Now, being a disabled veteran, and falling under the Federal Poverty Guidelines, I cannot do very much because I had to borrow the money to even hire them, and I get hosed, so if anyone knows where they are located so I can try and file a civil suit against them, please email me.
