My experience is similar to other complaints here. I ordered 22 bolts of material and display boxes, paid the amount, and received a confirmation email. Days later I received an email that "Favor Frenzy has sent me a package" with a tracking number that began in Anaheim, CA.

I was expcting a large package, so when a small envelope containing 8 of the 22 bolts and no boxes arrived, not only was I confused, I was concerned. I looked for a packaging slip or physical receipt, nothing found and no contact information. I also never received any notification of any items being shipped separately or on backorder.

I, like others, contacted the website, and emailed the customer service. Not only because of the missing items, but because I saw an additional charge of $33 posted to my credit account... a separate charge from my first order that I did NOT order OR authorize!!

"Nicole" emailed me back saying that they "researched their records and saw that i was only charged for the original order and if I needed any additional help I could email back." Her 1st and only response came back after 2 days at 5:55am, an odd time to be doing business, especially in California.?.?

I emailed back (again) to see where my remaining order is to no avail.

I have contacted my credit association, canceled my card, and have been refunded my money due to fraudulent activity. Favor Frenzy has been documented as "Fraudulent" with this particular credit company and will be "flagged" for purchases by future victims.

I have also documented this company with their local police department and will be filing a claim with my local authorities to persue further investigation(s). I researched the U.S. Copyright Office to find that Favor Frenzy is NOT copywritten in the U.S. even though the bottom of the website says it was in 2007.I have also contacted the websites that list Favor Frenzy as a preferred vendor

This is a classic internet scam. I received my money back which was priority to me. I hightly urge anyone who has ordered from Favor Frenzy to contact their credit association and file a claim flagging this company as Fraud and GET your money back. Enough pressure on the credit associtions will cause for an additional investigation.
