On October 30th, I ordered a cake stand, some organza and some tulle for an upcoming wedding anniversary event.  The standard shipping was twenty dollars, but with the price of the product, it balanced out so I didn't think too much of it being excessive.



My payment was taken out of my bank account on the alleged shipment date.



On November 2nd, My order status showed as "shipped".  The estimated delivery date was posted as November 9th.



I waited.  Towards the middle of November, I sent an e-mail via the company's "contact us" page stating that I hadn't received my order yet.  They sent a response stating that my order was in transit, and should arrive in 4-6 days. 



I waited.  December 9th, I sent them another e-mail stating that I still never received my order.  No response as of yet. 



It is now December 16th, and I am still waiting.  I sent them another e-mail tonight stating that I need one of two things to happen:  a refund or the immediate arrival of my order.
