FCNB claims I've not paid even though statements are sent I have not recieved statement won't give me names phones or e-mail to contact want soc sec. i won't sen Bethpage New York
I've been called from card processing center office in Pittsburg 3 time in 2 weeks by a different person each time. They claim I have not sent a payment to FCNB/Eddie Bauer in 128 days. I said I had not recieved a statement. The caller said the statements had have been sent and they had my correct address.
The first time I was called, I asked to be sent a statement and was given a positive answer. I have yet to recieve it. THe second caller said it had been sent and I would recieve it in a day or two. I still have not recieved it.
The third caller, Michael, he would not give me a last name, said he could not send a statement as I they have been sending them to me all along. I asked to speak to his supervisor and there wasn't one.
I asked him to read me the address, with spelling, that the statements had been mailed to and that was correct. I said there seems to be a problem. I wasn't being too nice.
I asked to have the statements mailed to my work address since they weren't coming to my home,(there is no problem with my other mail) and he said he couldn't do that because it's against the law. I said I would not agree to make a payment without seeing a statement.
I asked for the supervisor's name so I could have my Attorney write, and he wouldn't give it to me. He said the address of his location was 401 Smithfield st Pittsburg, But he didn't know the zip.
he said Card Processing Center has many locations. Which office did I want to write? I asked him the location and he finally gave me an address for disputes

He would not give me the name of a person.
I asked him for an account # as I clippped my card and have no old statements. he wouldn't give it to me. He said it was against the law.
I said I need to identify my account when correspondence is sent. He told me to send my social security # which I will not do.
I asked for a phone number and he said there wasn't one.
I decided to do a yahoo search for a phone # and when I did, My response was that there was nothing in Old Bethpage, NY by that name.
Then I did another search for FCNB and found the Rip Off Report.
After reading a couple of reports I realized that something wierd was going on. They say my Balance is 121.00 and I don't believe that. But now i see they are adding late fees and high interest charges.
I'm afraid of having a black mark on my credit. I don't even know if I should have my attorney write, if they are nor responding to others. I do think I will call my state attny general's office. I would appreciate any help you could give me.
