The new contact phone # is 516-576-8706 and the people that took over our FCNB accts at this phone number are Card Member Services. They took over the accts 7/1/03 that is the reason for the delay. I called today 7/12/03 @ 4pm PST and spoke to a rep when I followed the prompts to speak w/ a rep & make a payment over the phone. For more info read my rip off comments on 7/12/03 filed @ 4:45 pm. I sincerly hope this helps you & the many6 others in the same boat.

What ya'll are describing is blatant fraud being conducted by FCNB. The first thing to do is contact the Oregon Attorney General's office. The Attorney General's office is an advocate for the consumer in consumer fraud cases. After the Attorney General contacts FCNB they will have 10 days to respond.
