So I was awoken this morning to the sound of a telemarketer and boy did he pick the wrong person to call early in the morning lol. So, this company called Insurance Marketing Services or "IMS" is actually owned by an MLM Scam artist named Richard Dixon (see World Financial Group). He latest scheme is called Federal Financial Group or "FFG", but uses IMS for their solicitations. His cronies call to try to sell me on a "7702 Retirement Plan". Well, not only did that not work out for them, but since they want to call numbers on the DNC List to the point that there has been legal actions against them in 2 States...let me do the honor of giving the people they annoy an outlet to express themselves. BTW, there's no such thing as a "7702 Retirement Plan", they are selling Universal Life Insurance through a MLM Pyramid Scheme.

I am not sure why my name got included in this post. I hope it can be corrected or removed altogether. I am not the Vice President of anything, except for my high school senior class in 1995, Go Plainsmen! The details in this post are simply not accurate.
My issue is not really with what was posted about the other stuff necessarily, but just to clarify some things, FFG is a company that produces Sales Leads. I thought everybody loved telemarketing? LOL. I have used FFG and several other marketing companies in the past.
“Richard” Dixon is not the owner of FFG, that is the wrong name.
FFG has no affiliation with WFG, other than hiring some people that used to work for WFG. FFG is not MLM and it is no more of a pyramid than any other type of business with CEO's, Presidents, VP's, Managers, Employees, etc.. There is no incentive to recruit that is any different than any other kind of growing business.
FFG has produced about 1 million (maybe more) leads from telemarketing nation-wide and they have had about 100 to 200 complaints (all of which have been satisfactorily resolved). That means that more than 99.99% of the leads that were generated we're OK, but the only things that go online are the negatives. It is not perfect, but is dang close. They check their name lists against the DoNotCall list at least weekly. They can be fined very heavily for calling numbers on the DNC. So they obviously don't do it on purpose and definitely make every effort to correct it. If they called you too early for your liking, even though I don't speak for them, please accept my apologies.
Business phone numbers are not on the DNC list. There are also many ways people unknowingly remove their names from the DNC list. Either way, FFG does very well overall with this and are continually getting better, as evidenced in their track record. There are actually way more complaints about Disneyland, or Mother Teresa.
I think this post (without posting their own name for some reason, I hope I am not being trolled) must have mistakenly lumped my name in with Brent Tycksen because we are connected on LinkedIn or something. I have had nothing but good experiences with Brent. I believe the person posting this looked at Brent’s LinkedIn page, saw my name as a connection, did not look very closely at Brent’s titles with FFG and mistakenly added my name as the VP. I hope this stuff can be corrected/acknowledged/removed on this post.
As for me and my house, I have been in financial services since the year 2000. I have over a thousand clients mostly from referrals and my own marketing efforts. I have received thousands of actual referrals from current, happy clients and have been endorsed over a thousand times online.
