I purchased a home from godie feilds the owner of feilds construction, I have found him not to be a man of his word, be fore closing on my house we did our walk through and found several problems with the workmanship with the paint and tile through out the house,there was stucco spilled inside the window wells, i paid for a 12 ft wide rv pad which is only 11 ft 1o in. the stucco has crack under the master bedroom window, and has broken away from the foundation, there is a hole on my porch and peeling concrete on my steeps a cracks in my gararge and basement floor a cut on my masterbath tube grout falling out of my kitchen and master bath tile, their idea of fixing it was to leave me a used tube of caulk saying i could put it where it was needed, very unprofesional and ameture workmanship is what i got from him, my yard full of big rocks and unleveled.
