Bought a house 3 1/2 years ago, decided to be 'energy efficient' and replaced all my bulbs, using the 'bright effects' ones sold at lowes. Immediately, several bulbs did not work. Took some back to replace. Finally got them all working. Less than 2 years later, several start dying. Lost 3 of 5 in my bathroom vanity. Wrote customer service explaining. They told me... you need to contact customer service.
Now, 5 light bulbs in the kitchen... ONE of them goes bad. This was one I had purchased 6, and 1 was DOA, but I didn't return since I only needed 5. Now, I need 5 replacement bulbs.
This company sells VERY Crappy products, and customer service? Well, even if it were good, does that excuse the bad products to begin with?
I'll never purchase another one of these, and if Lowe's insists on continuing to sell them, I'll have to shop elsewhere for my home improvement items!
