This sort of information is both malicious and misleading. I have been to their offices, the Feldman Law Center is helping people all over California get the loan modifications they need to stay in their homes. Please report the truth, not nonsense. Here's a real report:
"I was searching the internet and found Feldman Law Center. The process of getting information was easy and only took a minute. I really appreciate the service and understanding. Frankly I was embarrassed about my situation and you guys were top notch."

Dear Anonymous, I could not agree with you more. I have chosen not to use my real name, because I am deathly afraid of retaliation from Feldman Law Center's owners. I also empathize with Mr. Patel, because I had the same experience he had. After paying Feldman Law Center $3,500, which they asserted had to be paid in the form of a cashiers check, I waited for months for Feldman Law Center to perform the work they promised to perform. After waiting patiently for months, I got nothing but lies, the run around and excuses. Today, I am struggling to save my home, and even paid more money. Anonymous, I must thank you for being so honest. Your integrity has restored my faith that these people will be brought to justice, no matter how long it takes. Should the government step in and begin to do the job it should do to protect consumers, by investigating this company, I will step forward and testify truthfully about everything I have experienced, witnesses and know to be fact. I too pray for Mr. Patel and his family. I have been homeless in the past, so I know what it feels like. This is the reason I hired Feldman Law Center. They promised to act swiftly and competently. I hope to meet you one day.

Obviously the last rebuttal was posted by one of the owners of this company, most likely Greg Feldman. There are no ex-emplyees who would make such a comment. Hat's off to Mr. Patel for having the guts to post his comments. If you want an accurate insight into what this place is all about just read this poor mans comments on this site. If you have been harmed by this company contact the state attorney general, the State Bar of California, and the Department of Justice. Funny thing though.... 800Refi? currently does not even have a broker of record currently with the Department of Real Estate??? However they sub-lease the space Feldman is in, hire and train all or most of their employees.. no wait they are not employees just 1099 contractors??? Greg Feldman also provides the KFI radio marketing with an ad spot that states, "this is Greg Feldman with the Feldman Law Center"? This may give you the impression that he is an attorney, but this is not the case. I went to work for a legitamite company who actually really helps people, and they are a "real" law firm. I will not mention their name, because I do not want to give them a reason to discount this rebuttal. You should have been in the meeting where Greg Feldman was Screaming "this is my fnnn company" etc.... ??? I was very confused working as a legal assistant when all of my past clients would call me stating knowone has called me for months, and they are not returning my calls. I was very discouraged and quit working for them. To be fair, they did hire alot of kids out of school to help fix the problems, but it was too little, too late! Just know there a few really good attoneys out there who can really help you. However, you need to do your homework to avoid chop shops like Feldman. I am deeply saddened for the families like Mr. Patel's who are now homeless because of their reckless pursuit of money! I pray for Mr. Patel's family, and others like him who have been harmed. The least they could have done would be to return this poor mans money. If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and walks like a duck, "its a duck" !

I used to work for Greg Feldman and The Feldman Law Center. They have helped a lot of homeowners. This report was obviously written by the competition or an ex employee who is out of work with nothing else better to do than research occourts online and post this stuff. Did anyone notice that almost all the cases were dismissed?? HMMMMM....... Quit bashing someone because he is running a successful business and you are out of work and poor. John in Confidential California is a PURE example of a LOSER!!!

EVEN FORMER PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON HAD HIS LAW LICENSE SUSPENDED... YOU EXPECT A YUPPIE TO HAVE MORALS? THAT IS A CONTRADICTION IN TERMS! THIS IS JUST A VERY TYPICAL YUPPIE ATTORNEY AND THEY USUALLY DON'T LAST VERY LONG IN THE PROFESSION. PEOPLE NEED TO CHECK THIS SORT OF THING OUT BEFORE THEY RETAIN AN ATTORNEY.
