Fireworks Scam...Felicia Gregory/uplifting kids hired myself & several others to work her fireworks stand in Gilbert. She said she would pay us on the 5th or 6th of July. None of us have gotten paid yet...As of July 14...Shady I work for the fireworks company mentioned and can confirm that Uplifting Kids along with the CEO Felicia Gregory and Treasurer Lavontay Taylor contracted to run two fireworks tents in the Phoenix area for the July 2013 season. They did not return the credit card machines or any unsold product. A Volunteer took a bus and met us at one of the locations and gave us the keys to the containers. The credit card machine without any of the cords, case or paperwork was inside one container and the complete credit card machine with case and cords was inside the other. The containers also container about 40% of the total product delivered, which we have in our possession. This missing 60% of fireworks equates to about $20,000 in CASH that is missing as of July 9th.
No one is returning our phone calls and the matter is being turned over to our corporate attorneys and Law Enforcement. I worked for Felicia and DFS Fireworks July I- July 5 2018 along with maybe 10 other people. I understood that a portion of the proceeds were to go to children with Autism and upliftingkids.org which would have been a good thing, but i doubt that will ever happen as Felicia disappered with the money and as far as i know she has not paid any one. This lady has used the same tactic over and over again as there are simular complaints on rip off reports dating back to 2013, and again last year in Gilbert Az. We need to stop this lady from ripping off any one else and I would believe that if she is ripping off people that work for her that she is also ripping off the charity for which she is CEO.
I contacted DFS Fireworks this morning spoke with a lady named Jessica who promised to call me back after talking with the company owner and Felicia Gregory, I called about 730 this morning and as of 815 pm I've yet to hear back from anyone. This morning July 7 at 8:10 I spoke with a lady from DFS she stated they would trying to contact this crook and she would get back to me. Well at 831 the crook started blowing up my phone after speaking with DFS, claiming that I am harassing her crooked a*s. Get this she doesn't pay anyone steals the money and then calls the police saying to file a harassment complaint against me for wanted to be paid for my services as agred, ain't that something! We need to stop Felicia Gregory in her tracks, get those people she ripped off paid and let the community know that Felicia Gregory is not who she says she is and that Upliftingkids.org may be a fruad as well. Can't wait for Monday to come so i can call the IRS

First of all who ever your are the police where called by myself as well as crooked Felicia So get your facts straight Ms Former employee. And if you are a former employee how do you me? you don't unless you are the Crooked Criminal Felicia Gregory herself.
MS Gregory Is a Crook her charity is a scam and anyone that takes their children to her should be arrested as this lady was recently charged with severial assualt charges among other things. Don't believe it check out arrest records of Maricopa County

There is no authorities involved there is no one looking for my ax boss she is just fine you all can put up as many as bad views as you want alot of you wanted her position alot of you didn't work you did nothng so please keep contacting every single person this lady possibliy had a problem with and nothng is going to happen you can keep bad mouthing her and lieing on her that woman stole nothing but she got ripped about lets be adults here handle it the legal and take her to court all of this rebuttaling is not going to bring her down.
she is aware of theses false people will say anything about you if they don't get there way and there was also a team of people that lied on her i know that for a fact because she told them they were not getting paid they were only volunteers this is all really childish the best theses companies and you all can do is take her to court but thats alot of proving to do and she has a pretty good attorney her self.
i was also one of the people that worked at the gilbert location and she gave access to someone to put thosese fireworks away and the credit card machines because i helped them in the storage box so theses are all lies and get the true facts before you start making up stuff did the companies every tell you how much real money to brought to them for nothing in return be real if your going to get on rip off reports I don't believe none of this mess I don't care how bad you make her out to be its very stupid and childish and take it up with your attorneys and the law there not going to do anything but say take it to civil courts all of theses lies are really just sad.
I'm glad she is not upset about it because i would be but she was hurt for not getting paid for all that she have done for the community you people love to bad mouth people and she knows a quite a bit about you all as well I would be very careful her charity is still in good standing she has other businesses she is doing well for herself she don't have to still from anyone far as I'm concerned but keep on writing and putting up fake remarks and lies and enjoy I'm glad when I talked to her she was in good spirit other then not getting paid a dime for none of her work for a few years best of luck to all of you.
This guy thats talking on her is the security guy that a piece of lazy mes and the Roy Moody smh its sad I was there I know what happend. Tell the companies to stop lying on her and ripping her off it couldnt be me the world would know about it.
