We are very unhappy with the treatment we are receiving from Festiva Resorts. We purchased a vacation pkg. from them in Feb. We understood we had 72 hrs. after receiving our pkg. to cancel.

During this period my husband was diagnosed with cancer. When the paperwork came I called them to cancel. They told me it was to be 72 hrs. after our phone conversation! I asked if there was anywhere I could write concerning this. They gave me an address and I immediately sent the letter. We did not receive any reply to my request.

Today, the 20th of March I again called them and tried to explain that I needed to cancel it due to our medical hardship now. They would not comply and finally hung up the phone on me.

If they think that, IF we are able to come there for a presentation, that we would, in any way, want to buy into a company that treats us this way, they are very much mistaken!
