Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

FFE Academy was my choice for a new career. What a mistake that was. The first day or two nothing really stuck out as were given lots of homework and told to study for our test so we could get our permit. I studied hard and finally received my permit. That is when the fun started if you want to call it that.

We began the next part of training out on the range. The supposed two 15 minute breaks were never given and we stopped only for lunch in which we had a choice to study or be ridiculed and made feel terrible by badgering and verbal abuse. My first time in the truck learning to basck up the instructor was screaming at us beating on the dashboard and continued until finally the hell was over and we got to back to the dormitory with hours of homework and exhausted. that was my first time in an FFE truck. And my first lesson from a range instructor.

Going into the dormitory after my first day on the range I slept in a room with 6 other people. I was warned by the seniors that the abuse had just begun and wad told not to talk back or say a word to the instructors that it would only get worse or I would be cut and sent home if I did. Over the next several days I witnessed exactly that. Students badgered and intimidated just like me and it was true if you said a word in your defense no matter how diplomatically you were scolded and made to feel like a prisoner or slave.

Here is the worst part of all it only escalated and finally after circumstances I can not divulge for fear of retaliation or the knowing it is me. I left the school and returned home after using resources to eat and get my license that I could have used more wisely.

Just for the record FFE is affiliated with Workforce and to the best of my knowledge receives $4,200 for ech person they enroll. It is obvious that they do intend to get all those peop-le their license they just want the money and or the agreement that you have to stay employed with them for a year.

Again there is more in that once you complete the course you have to go to anothe rinterview that you are not told about at orientation after completing the course and amount of people that even get that far is very slim compared to those that enroll.

FFE is a complete scam and waste of time in my opinion and they need to be investigated. As others ahve mentioned on the internet they believe they are a cult. This may be true. One thing I know for sure is that there si something not right here and someone with the authority to make a difference needs to step up and stop this.

I read a persons letter of complaint againt Frozen Food Express, and the writer said they were told they were going to lower their heads and pray.  I was there in Sept. 2012, and we were never told to pray.  Believe me if they had even attempted such a stupid action I would have blown my top and reported them.

There is something very wrong at FFE Academy. I hope someone goes undercover and gets to the bottom of this.

They try and scare people and intimidate and bully them. There tactics are scary dangerous and in my opinion illegal. Plus they made everyone bow their head in prayer in the classroom what business does that ???? The alelgations they are a cult might be true be very afraid. AND then one of the instructors slapped someones hand repeatedly while they were driving an 18 wheeler their first ime and yelled at them ???? Crazy!!!!

I am sorry there is a typo , it should say that they DO NOT intend to really help anyone they just want the money or to own you for a year if you are lucky enough to get that far.
