Fiat Chrysler Automobile Corp Negates all Recall Liability Responsibility Detroit Michigan
FCA Recall NOTICE #S55/NHTSA 16v-529 January 10, 2017...........Attempts beginning March 2016, Jeep Cherokee 2014 4 x 4 Sport Utility VIN: (((REDACTED)))8058, vehicle malfunctions for the entire year of 2016. Response from FCA Corp for extreme catastrophic highway breakdowns vehicle malfunctions is denied and dismissed. Remedy parts finally available at closing of year mid November 2016 installed. Currently with new existing malfunctions occurring daily starting New Year January 2017.
Note, enclosed referenced caption, numerous complaints to NHTSA concerning the total lack of any responsibility ongoing dismissal and blatant fraudulent collusion with Chrysler independent service departments. FCA Corp and their exclusive service departments obfuscating from any and all liability and responsibility now then and in the future. Circumventing the imminent street road highway catastrophic multiple death crashes relating to this dangerous recall. Regrettable sad and unbelievable situation !
