I was looking online for a debt consolidation loan, and filled out an application with Fidelity Lending Group. I was contacted by Scott Davis to be informed that I had approved for a $10,000 loan with one condition due to my credit score I needed to give them 5 months prepayment as collateral. This sounded okay they faxed me the paperwork I signed, and went to Moneygram to make the transaction to Tara Mincey in Gimli, Manitoba Canada. Scott then told me that everything was taken care of, and I would have the funds within 24 hours.

The next morning Allen White contacted me saying that upon further review by the lenders insurance company I would need to pay another $1500 in collateral down payment. I became very upset with Mr. White, informing him that I couldn't do that I had given them all my money and was actually awaiting there loan to come through to take care of some of the expenses such as rent the $1500 was supposed to cover. He became beligerent telling me that it was my fault for not reading the contract, and that any refund of the original $1500 until January 16th at the earliest. I informed him that I felt that this was a scam, that Tara would need to Moneygram that money back to me immediately or I would not be able to pay my bills. Upon further discussion I told him I felt scammed, he assured me that this extra $1500 would secure the loan. I borrowed the rest from a friend.

I sent the rest of the money as instructed, but then was unable to contact Mr White again. In fact the phone number kept saying thank you...goodbye for several days. I began researching the company more and more online, and came across a lot of consumer complaints sounding identical to mine. I immediately stopped payment on the second $1500, but as of right now I lost $1500 and may lose a lot more than that due to my current financial circumstances. So consumer beware don't ever ever due business with any company wanting you to wire money especially Fidelity Lending Group!!!!

Any suggestions as to how I might get that money back please let me know.
