A young girl who rang my doorbell in August of 2008, asked if I wanted to buy magazines. It would be for a good cause. (She was an unwed, single Mom and it would help her and countless others in her situation). I told her that I order magazines from my children's school/girl scout organization, etc.

Her sob story was so believable that (yes), I placed an order. The total of my purchase was $85.00.

It has been 5 months, and guess what, NO MAGAZINE. I called today (January 7, 2009), to find out where my magazine was. A representative who barely spoke English informed me that I had in fact ordered a different magazine than the one I had written on my order form. I said I did not and that I wanted the magazine that I placed the order for. She said she would mail me a correction form and I would receive a free something or other for my troubles. I asked for a refund and she stated it was not possible.
