Filimone Afu Mone Landscaping Concrete At Such a nice price. Then all the money is taken and no work is done. Orem, Utah
Filimone Afu Will take your money with a smile, he will promise you everything cheap. Ask for half up front. Then start to slip away without gettting any work done.
He started concrete, fencing and landscaping my back yard. Got half up front and then made up excuses till he vanished away. A total of $5300 + $180 in court fees blown to hell and never to be seen.
He promised me a Vinyl Fence, Concrete, Wheelchair ramp (for my daughter), concrete curbing, irrigation, and full landscaping of the back yard.
He delivered, concrete forms, irridation half done in the back yard.
My neighbor he promised a trampoline hole.
He told another contractor if he dug the hole that he would pay him. He did not pay the other contractor, the hole was dug, so the contractor was pissed. The home owner ended up still re-doing the work himself.
The mans game is to get your money. He does not have a soul. He acts like he is your best friend. he will use anything against you to get you to let him do your project. He will use handicaps, religion and any means necessary to get your money. Filimone Afu equals trouble.
