This guy will not return calls or emails. I was hired to do a home inspection on a 1.4 million dollar property by a regular realtor of mine. He says that he did not order home inspection before appraisel. My agent says hes full of s**t. He is a scammer and keeps telling me he is traveling and has no way to pay by credit card. I say well if you can buy a 1.4 million dollar house you should be carrying a card or checkbook. Screw this guy Karma will get him. I am not afraid of John Gotti threats... this guy doesnt know my past ha ha.... he will get it soon.

Filippo I will find you and make your life miserable... thats not saying anything incriminating ha ha... all you had to do is the right thing and pay me for my services. I am sure $460 for a home inspection would have been better than the campaign I will wage against anyone doing business with you in the future.
