I too was ripped off in December of 2007 by Gary Rike. Not only were my samples way over priced and I was charged unrealistic prices for felt boards to display jewelry and catalogs, my main problem was the fact I could not sell anything because the prices were too high. I also had orders that could not be filled so after a few months I had to just cancel them. Why would anyone try to sell a product that could not be delivered? I also had some broken pieces that were finally replaced in a few months but only after I stayed after them & posted complaints on this site as well as others. My recruiter was Tommy Martin in Tennessee/Kentucky. I did find the company online that supplied Gary with the small silver catalog. It's Moda Designs and they are also inside the World Trade Center in Dallas. I was able to get a catalog from them directly and got on their list to rep for them with a much higher commission (I have since decided not to). They use the "Triple Keystone" method for pricing. Their pieces are absolutely beautiful with turquoise and other stones. You can bypass Gary and Final Touch/Special Designs/Accessory Plus and whatever other names they might be using now. Their site is modadesigns.com. Their next catalog comes out in the summer.

Check out selectjewelrydesigns...it's virtually the same as accessoryplusinc. For a while, it was specialdesignsinc. Could it be that Final Touch Jewelry, Inc. has changed their name again? You were lucky. I urge you to report your experience with the Texas Attorney General. This is done easily online.
