 He’s such a diabolical person, and his company which ever the true one is, is not getting away stealing advanced fee fraud.

Nothing ties up where his web site gives an address, email address is not recognisable, his Facebook 2 profiles give different locations, his colleagues Michael Flashner goes also by the name of Mike Darren so this is phone number that does work ‭(((REDACTED))) Judge for yourselves

 A huge thank you for David L Huber for sorting this out everything settled and everything okay after plenty of communication No more bad feedback Always negotiate that’s one BIG lesson learnt

 I have just been told to stop emailing and stop all negotiations on this, so as I have found out the true identity of David L Huber and the other names he uses for scamming people, but I will respect his decision, this is the end of all this from his point of very view, so FBI it is and if anyone can help get my fees refunded and advice would be helpful.

 Totally fed up with this, no response, no action from any of the authorities, a waste of time and this company is a waste of space, who agrees that robbing and fraud is FINE well I got news for these idiots it’s NOT

 False Facebook profiles flashing his family, he’s look after no 1. So why should the people he’s scammed suffer..

 No response at all to the questions that has arisen. How come this company can deliberately steal fees. No honesty at all from beginning to end. And they carry on as if nothing has happened.

 Are the others liable also for David L Huber’s financial gain for all this fraudulent transactions?

 I need help with getting a refund back from FINANCE EXPRESS LLC, the CEO David L Huber or Mike Flashner are refusing to refund me and I’ve waited for over three weeks for this to happen, a date given has past and nothing has happened. This company are ignoring my health issues, which are now gravely making me more disabled than I needed to be, also these health issues have put me in a position I could loose my home, This company has walked away from this and seems to think robbing a pensioner is FINE.

 Having tried myself to get a continuous conversation from David L Huber or Finance Express themselves, either they totally ignore this problems, and when they do answer you get a rude response, how come it’s taking over two weeks get them to sort a refund out for all the fees I paid or get the loan I paid for. whichever way they shouldn’t be treating customers like this just for there own finically gain to the extent that they don’t listen to the problems they have caused.

NEGOIATIONS ARE MOVING AHEAD WITH THIS TOGETHER, THERE HAS BEEN FAULTS ON BOTH SIDES, COMMUNICATION WAS A BIG PROBLEM, AND THAT SEEMS TO HAVE HEELED THE RIFT.

 This company’s customer service is non existent, if you don’t pay the extra fees by googleplay gift cards your treated like a piece of garbage, then if you do pay to help them and believe what they say, they walk off with the money.. Any advice excepted on this gratefully recieved.

 David Huber still continues to refuse to settle this problem, now he’s is totally ignore any communication, and now I have tried to communicate with other workers in Finance Express LLC, this has been blocked also. On Facebook David L Huber had changed his profile twice, has running two profiles completely different, both complete with different information on, Mike Flashner also agrees that what this company has done is fine, so robbing a old age pensioner of her income to live on is okay. This is a crime of advanced fee scam, and in total a refund has been refused.

 Do not believe a word David L Huber says, he should be ashamed of himself.

 David L Huber and Mike Flashner who are this company need bringing to justice for their criminal acts, it’s a disgrace that these refuse to resolve this problem and seem to believe that robbing a partial disable pensioner is okay and continue to live their daily lives without any remorse whatsoever.

 David L Huber of Finance Express LLC just keeps evading the issue here

 Yes we discussed the issued was jointly agreed and sorted BUT they didn't follow through with the resolution so it's now in the hands of the authorities in this country, no more discussions. Avoid this company

This sounds like the Classic "Advanced Loan Fee" scam.  Can you please tell us how this was resolved?

I really hope you didn't sign the note. Take the paperwork you have to an attorney.  It looks like your were a victim of the Advance Fee Loan scam to me. Never sign a note for repayment without similtaneously receiving the funds.
