UPDATE: Click Here to see how Financial Benefits contacts Rip-off Report, stating they will give REFUNDS to unsatisfied customers, working harder to avoid employee & customer misunderstandings.I received a phone call stating that I had been approved for a credit card with a $3000 limit. They required an auto withdrawal from my savings acct in the amount of $299. All I received was a binder with info on rebuilding my credit. No credit card. I have called on numerous occasions to only get the run around.
I found out the hard way that what they do is make false promises off recording, then when they record they do not mention the credit card approval so when you call they play the recording that all you here is the agreement of the auto withdrawal.
This place needs to be put out of business. Unfortunately I didn't know about this site until today and it has been over 60 days since my withdrawal. I have filed reports with Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection, I will keep fighting these people until I receive my money back.
