Originally posted a rather long complaint of this company in early December,2012,& nothing of such complaint has been resolved as to this date. This company,& it's primary owner...Carla Decker, are extremely unprofessional,& totally dishonest. They refuse to properly take care of the properties/homes which they manage,& blame it on other parties. The company is a total scam,& the primary owner...Carla Decker does not even have a Texas real estate license. She rides under someone else's license,& certifications.

They have failed to reimburse us for work(plumbing) done to the home,& state we should have contacted her company to do such work. Well,we did the work ourselves due to Carla Decker either seldom,or never responding to so many other issues,& are being royally screwed in the process. The home still has paint issues, cracks in walls, etc, etc,& not one thing has been done to take care of these issues. We are constantly told that these are simply "cosmetic" issues,& nothing can be done about them. This is BS!

We have come across several complaints about this company on the Internet...from tenants, home owners,& contractors. Stay away from this company,& for those who have had issues,or are currently having issues with this company, please feel free to contact me. This company,& it's owners need to be stopped,as they take advantage of consumers,& of good people. My email is (((redacted))). Best of luck to any who may be dealing with this company at this time.

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Tue, May 07, 2013

Tenenat wanted cosmetic repairs to the property the owner did not want to have preformed.  The tenant was informed of the owners decision.  The owner went so far as to allow the tenant out of their lease if they wanted to.  The tenant declined.  The tenant had some work preformed they wanted completed without reporting any issues to FCPM.  According to the lease,no repairs are to be made without prior approval.
