Financial Resources Unlimited ripoff, fraudulent misrepresentation Willowbrook Illinois
I have read the other reports that have been given here on this web site. Unfortunatly too late. It looks as if they have found a new way to rip people off.
I received a letter from FRU stating that they supply me with the sales brochures and I was to mail them to the clients provided to me for that week. That's it. They went on to promise no selling, no magazines or newspaper advertising, no buying mailing list and no postage cost. So I sent them 75.00 plus 15.00 for overnight delivery.
That was May 19th, today May 30th I finally recieved that overnight express delivery (by regular mail). My package states that To start making money I have to put ads in newspapers or magazines, contact a broker who I can buy mailing list from, or post 3x5 cards. Pay for postage if I decide to send by mail. Pay them to make up brochures in my name. Either buy their little book in bulk or send them 7.00 per order for them to ship there book for me. (Like anybody would trust them with that) I have e-mailed them and ask for a refund. If I do not hear from them soon I will see what I can do about their fraudulent misrepresentation through our mail.
