This company and this person is a scam artist who is ripping people surfing the Internet and making them believe they are getting A purebred Shih Tzu puppy that is going to weigh around 3 pounds when they are an adult which is pretty unheard of . He claims that the puppy will get shipped to them in the next day or two and must be paid Westering union, then there is no puppy delivered After the customer pays!
