If I had a dollar for every time someone tries to bring out how "important" they are and that they on their own will "bring down" a company..I wouldn't have to work another day in my life.
Who knows you may be the ONE who actually does it(and in your mind I am sure you think so).
Perhaps you actually are a journalist for the LA Times who just happens to live across the country in Miami. Perhaps you have a "VERY" popular consumer blog. So how about posting a link to your blog? How about coming back here and updating the link to your LA Times article(or at least the date it is going to run).
Anyways as a "journalist" you are going to write a fair article and present both sides...right?
Don't forget to include just how they held the gun to your head while you were at your computer forcing you order it. Don't forget to include how you purchased first...then did your research.
I sent an email requesting to cancel. This is when my problems began. Unlike most all other vendors, Fingerhut does not cancel your order
- So are you going to give the other vendors who don't cancel this same publicity? Or let them slide?
They just want to stick you with their sub par obsolete premium priced crap so that you will either give in and keep it or they will charge you an outrageous re-stocking fee and shipping and handling fee.
- You've been a "good" customer according to you. So why did you not have a problem with their "sub-par" "obsolete" "premium priced crap" before?
They are banking on you being incompetent and uneducated. I'm college educated and my credit score is 620, no perfect, but not terrible either.
- Well apparently not..because remember you have been a "good" customer where you never had a problem and even had your credit limit raised.
Also, in your article I am sure you are going to post the specific laws that they are breaking to make what they are doing illegal.
