Seriously do not take your vehicle to Firestone Complete Auto Care at 2510 I-20 in Grand Prairie, Texas.  The Auto Care Complete is not COMPLETE.  I took my 1999 Cavalier in because of a leak and the AC was not working well and when I stopped.

Of course they charged me for a "Cooling System inspection, and a Spring Car Care Check Up.  There were two seals that needed to be replaced one at the top and one at the bottom.  They never inspected the vehicle if they had they would have known the COOLING FAN was not working.  That caused the motor to run hot, the AC not to work correctly and blew the seals.  When I called them I was told by Kevin the manager "well it is a 1999 and everything is wrong with it" Of course Firestone has repaired everyting on my car for 10 years since I owned it.  Had the burned out cooling fan not been dicovered by another garage the same issues at a cost of over $600.00 would have re-occured.  When you trust "trained experts" you do not expect excuses, or shoddy incomplete system service. You also don't expect to take your car in at 9:50 am on a Thursday and pick it up the next day Friday at 6:58 PM for two seals with the excuse the parts took much longer than expected ( I lost a days work) ! Upon taking my car a couple of days later to another garage, (Pep Boys) they immediately identified the problem replaced the fan, and my AC works great.  I don't want excuses to justify incompetence, and I am sure the customers I heard getting that while I was waiting Thurday morning don't either.
