First American Home Buyers Protection ripoff Riverside California
On June 25, 2006 I called to report that my a/c was blowing fuses and it needs repair.
Well they sent out Central Air and all the tech did was walk over to the disconnect box and pull out the 40A fuses and put 60A fuses instead, then stated that the house was using undersized fuses.
Two weeks I called and reported the same the problem was going on. They said someone from Central Air would contact me. They failed to contact me. So I called FABHP and they filed the complaint against C/A.
FABHP did not even try to help resolve the problem. So I asked for the supervisor and they put me on hold for over 45 min. then they hung up on me. I called back and asked for the district manager and they decided to send out a different contractor.
I contacted the contractor and found out that they have been in business for over 15 years so maybe they will fix the problem once and for all.
I did get my renewal but after all this hassel I will never do that again next time I will just call someone out myself.
