FIRST AMERICAN HOME BUYERS PROTECTION RIPOFFF, RUDE, DO NOT CARE, DOES NOT SATISFY CUSTOMERS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY BAD ON FIXING PROBLEMS VAN NUYS California
We had to wait 12 days for first american to fix our a/c unit. We are in Texas where the heat has been 98 to 99 degrees. We are so upset about how rude, uncaring a company can be. How are these people be in business (first american home buyers protection) what protection! That they make you so angry you lose sleep, can't cook, do laundry, have sick children because it is so hot in your home. I feel this is an uncomfortable living condition & any a/c should be a priority & fixed as soon as possible.
This having to order parts when they could buy it locally could have saved a lot of time. Every person my husband & I talked to were so rude. One girl even sighed so hard & then tells me she has to breath, very rude.
All the complaints I have read are so true & I feel something should be done. First American should not be in business if this is how they are going to treat their customers after all we pay them money for their service. I would definitely not recommend anyone to ever get first american home buyers protection for their home warranty. They are all talk & they take a long time to take any action to fix your problem.
