Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I will not tell you anything different than all of you have been describing...I got the call, I gave this woman on the line all of my info because I was promised a Master Card, she then told me that I would have to pay $299.00 for this card.Blah, Blah, Blah (I am so very angry with my self because I fell for this). Then when I heard from the second person I spoke to that "They were not associated with Master Card or Visa" I got upset and scared.

I hung up on him before I could confirm all my banking info again! I called right back and canceled...with no questions from them...I just never felt good even after that! Then I found this site and was more scared! I called my bank (Bank of America) and let them know about this, because the date for the money to come out of my bank is tomorrow (8/8/03), this all happened last week.

They will be looking for that charge coming out of my bank account, and are going to contest that, and all other charges that come into my account with out my permission. I was told by my bank to call First Approval Benefits and get a letter of cancellation, which I called and was told that they do not offer a letter...but I was canceled. I told the man on the phone that I had contacted my bank and that they were looking into any charges taken out of my account and would contest them, he told me in a rude way that it was canceled.

The best I can do is now wait and see, If nothing is taken from my account as of tomorrow...I am going to close the account (I can not do it now, because of Direct Deposit) and pay to have all my credit reports watched to Red Flag me if there is any problem!

The one thing I did do also is contact Master Card and let them know that there is a company that is a "fraud" out there that is misrepresenting Master Card! If more people did such a thing this could bring more attention to this terrible company! Go to http://www.mastercard.com and find the contact us link...Send them a message telling your story!! The fraud department contacted me back via email and wanted more info on this company! GOOD LUCK, I JUST HOPE I HAVE SOME!
