i was ripped off first cons telephone stole 199.99 out of my checking account i told them i did not want a credit card they took the money anyway. because of this my account went into overdraft. i have never received anything from this company

When i phonethis company long distance they are very rude and will not give me any managers or even a last name when i persist they hang up or laugh telling me its my own fault

i was also ripped off by national wellness network they took 59.95 then 99.99 i agreed to a at&t cell phone for 29.95 they said if denied there would be know charge well i was denied and think anything of it till my account went into overdraft so once again i was screwed

i dont think i should have to pay anything because i never received anything. when i call them there rude like i stole ther money nwn 1866-824-1016

Just to let you know...the zip code in the prior report I sent is wrong. For Clarksville it's 37040. Also one scam they have is when they send you the kit for National Wellness Network, first of all it's coming from Canada and there's no way it can get to you in the risk free 7 day trial they offer, also it appears to be junk mail with no mention of the company on the outside letter, so naturally, most people throw it out as junk mail.

This envelope contains the card and other information needed for return and possible refund.

They tell people the only way to get your refund is to send that kit back. They also say maybe you tossed it aside as junk mail...knowing full well this is what they hope has happened and that is why it appears to be junk mail with no mention of the company on the outside envelope.

I sat there for almost two hours listening to people say they were ripped off and that this company stole their money!

Not one person called in enthused about it! And these were back to back calls!!

I talked to many of the 30 or so customers reps and this was what was happening to them too!!

Back to back complaints of being ripped off! Needless to say I walk off the job after two hours of work. Yes...I need the money, but not that bad.

I just moved to a new state and needed a job, so I applied for Contact Concepts in Clarksville, Tennessee. I was under the impression that I would be doing customer service for folks who purchased the National Wellness Network, after applying for a cell phone from AT&T.

I was also under the impression that these folks truly wanted this program, but I had a rude awakening my first day listening to the poor souls, duped by this company. Most folks were people who had no idea what they had purchased and could not afford the 159.99 billed to their checking or savings account.

Some on disability, some on medicaid and medicare, some who spoke very little english. They just wanted their money back...which they were having a hard time getting or were not able to get it back at all.

Just to let all people involved in this scam know where the National Wellness Network is actually located, which no employee (ex or otherwise) is supposed to reveal and the customers are never supposed to find out...it's called Contact

Concepts 678 N Riverside Dr. Two Rivers Mall Clarksville, Tn 38401 Ph. (931)905-2661 Fax (931)905-2690. This might help...good luck!
