First Capital Consumers Group is a fraudulent consumer rip-off fraud. Bel Air, Maryland
It happens to me exactly the same than the rest of the people. First Capital Consumers Group Ripped me off for 199.00. They called me one day, i was really stupid to give them my information. Just today i recieved my "package" with an activation form.
In this form there was a little note that said: "I understand that by activating my MasterCard, I waive my return privileges of this program". I decided to check first on internet and I fund this home page, just on time. I hope you can help me to get my money back.
