ON FEBRUARY 8, 2002 I WAS PHONED BY FIRST CAPITAL CONSUMERS TO GET A 15,000 CREDIT LINE FOR $ 199.00 WHICH WAS ELECTRONICALLY deducted from my bank account
my wife and I are medically disabled, we can not work we have multiple sclerosis
so the money which was paid, are very dear t us
i have called the company, and have been referred to a 900 number
its frustrating
please help us
