Check Dated 10/01/2009 in the sum of 4,950.00 According to the letter I won 250,000.00 in Usa Mega Millions also know as the big game # 2-11-51-52--52. I am suppose to contact Fred Adams to activate the check. 0000001801 071923022 5590093190 Another victim reported routing number with a similarity.
4,950.000 is for legal and administrative fees that have been calculated in the enclosed check. These fees are mandatory and are meant to satisfy offical laws and income tax protocols and mandated by the US Gov.

CANADA!!! That is the first alert to this being a scam. Although I think some of the scams have gotten around this through some kind of general post box mail switch.
Remeber, the taxes are taken from the winnings when they are paid out to you and not fowarded to you and then paid.
