Dishonest representation by employees as to what the credit card does. Supposed to help restore credit. Gives impression that it is an unsecured credit card. It isnt.
They charge you monthly fee and cant use card as promised. Refused to cancel on request and charges outlandish fees for late payment. They will not guarantee that your payment will be processed in a legitimate time frame causing you late fees.
It is a big rip off and will do nothing but cause you more credit problems. They are relentless in phone calls at all hours of day to harrass you for payment. Dont get involved with this company you will be very sorry.
