First National Card (CCA) rip-off! Dishonest! Unauthorized withdrawals. On hold for eternity. Las Vegas Nevada
With the idea of building up my credit I accepted an offer from First National Card / ACC. They withdrew 199.00 dollars from my account and everytime I try to contact them I am told to either wait for information in the mail or you are placed on hold for eternity. Eventualy someone will pick up the phone and when you tell them you want to cancel, or you want an explanation on why products ordered over a month ago have not arrived they want to transfer you again to an eternal hold line and eventualy the line will drop you.
Something else is that I have been looking for over a month for a place on line to order products, this links are refered to you by their website www.firstnationalcard.com but 99% of them do not accept their card. Only www.chockcatalog.com accepts their card but the thing is that it has been over a month and I have not received a thing. I called them and in their unproffesional maner informed me that they were out of stock.
So yes, they are dragging you to pass that 60 day trial period and even if you try to call to cancel, no body will take your call. So, unfortunately, this has been my experience. I'm heading to the bank to demand a reversal from ACH, report them to the FTC, FBI, STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE, FCC and my local police. Fortunately I kept copies of my confirmation order, and detail information which I think will help me in this process. Good luck and take action don't let this continue to hapen!
