First National Credit ripoff Even after I cancelled my transaction they ripped me off!!!! Nationwide, Florida
This company called me in November 2003. I thought it sounded ok and wanted to discuss it with my husband. They convinced me to give them my information and then call them back if I decided to cancel. In a few days, I called back and they told me that my account was cancelled.
On Febuary 3, 2004, the company again called me and I told them that I did not want them to do this. The man I talked to said that he needed a direct duplicate of the original call. When he said that I would have to say yes, that I authorized them to take them money. I got angry. He informed me that it was what had to be done and at the end of the call I could state that I did not want the transaction to be completed, that i wanted it canceled.
I did this and assumed that was the end of the matter. This week, I recieved a letter that they were going to take out the money. I called my bank and sure enough they had taken out $179.95. Now, conviently, they do not answer their phone lines. I have called both 866-383-0986 and 866-383-0987. I have even called BCI Financial Services, Inc. This company is the company that handles FNC transactions. Of course, they were no help. Their number is 386-267-0066. Address: 231 RIverside Drive, Suite C, Holly Hill, Florida 32117. If anyone has any information or advice please help me!!!
