..and the website is gone. If you put in the website for an internet search no site for them is there. If you internet search for the company...all that comes up is scam, rip off and fraud complaints. For the heck of it I did a BBB check as well..not looking good. It is a long read...

Government Actions
California Department of Insurance filed a cease and desist order against two California men and several corporations for allegedly operating unlicensed insurance companies and using deceptive and illegal telemarketing. The individuals are Robert Lewis Chapman and James C. Sletner. According to the Deparment of Insurance, they own and manage several corporations, inlcuding SafeData Management Services, Inc., dba Consumer Direct Warranty Services, Warranty Administration Services, Inc. and Warranty Administration Solutions, Inc.
According to the Department of Insurance, in addition to the licensing violation, Consumer Direct Warranty Services, has generated numerous complaints around the country and in California alleging high-pressure and deceptive telemarketing calls, illegal calls to cell phones and people on the Do Not Call list. In addition to these alleged violations, the Department also accuses Consumer Direct Warranty Services of failing to honor claims and failing to properly handle cancellation refund requests.
