First Sneakers Complete Scam. Never received product. Tried to cancel order one hour after placing but they waited 5 days and sent it anyone. No phone number provided for complaints. Turns out not a US company, Internet
First Sneakers advertises popular, name brand athletic shoes, including NIKE. Their website makes it appear they are legitimate and the shoes are authentic. We ordered a pair of shoes then did further research on the internet and saw that other consumers claimed to have received counterfeit items.
I contacted www.firstsneakers.com within one hour of placing my order (which was on a Sunday) to cancel the order. There is no phone number for customer service. They did not respond. Two hours later, my credit card was charged. I again asked them to cancel the order. They never responded. Five days later, I get an email with a tracking number, saying the order has shipped.
The order never arrived. The company seems to be located overseas because their emails are in broken english. The tracking number they sent me is for USPS priority mail. If you go to the USPS website, they can only tell you that the order was attempted to be delivered and then returned to the company. I never received an attempted delivery notice. USPS does not provide the address to where the idelivery was attempted, so there's no way to tell if this package was sent to me or is just some random package that could have been sent anywhere in the US.
I've repeatedly sent emails asking for a refund, to no avail.
The company is a scam. Do the research I failed to do and find out for yourself.
