I have shipped 160 liters of genuine olive oil via this company.When I received the shipment I discovered that this company has taken the content of three containers of 60 liters in total and replaced it with adulterated oil of foreign source. A legal case has been filed against this company at the Public Prosecution of Abu Dhabi. The company, represented by Mr. Samir Alguran and Saed Alguran, offered an amicable settlement of the case by offering three new containers of 60 liters of olive oil. The company has a long history of unsettled legal disputes filed against it by many customers. The company’s staff run its business operations in an offhand manner and offer a very poor customer service with little to no attention to customers’ claims or complaints.
