Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
On 6/04, I was on my front yard when a Firstline Security salesman approached and asked me if I want to make commissions. He said, "your house has a nice location, we'll put advertising sign on the front yard and stickers on your windows and we'll use your house for commercial and like a home base business. He invited himself to come in my house and started pointing the corners where to put the alarm devices.

When he asked me to sign the agreement and said there'll will be a monthly fee of $39.99/month for 3 years contract I was surprised. He sensed I was hesitant to sign the agreement, however, he was strongly positive about me getting rebates anyhow and will then apply to reduce the monthly fee ($39.99). I signed anyhow and should have been automatic deduction from my bank account.

The following day, the technician came in late @ 5pm (should have been 1pm). It was 9pm when he finished installing the 2 devices but never had the chance to put out the front yard sign and window stickers. I initialed the completion form and he promised to come back the next day to finish it. The next day, the first guy who came was in my neighborhood and asked for a glass of water and he said that Mr. Beal (the technician) is a nice guy and will complete his job. BUT HE NEVER CAME BACK.

I received 2 satisfactory calls from the co. and mentioned that the service was never completed. On the 3rd week waiting I mailed my cancellation letter and to my bank, as well. Then I started receiving phone calls from the co. and said it has been over 3 days when I signed the agreement and that I CANNOT cancel the agreement.

They're trying to resolve the problem but my enthusiasm has lost. My 02/05 bank statement showed a payment of $39.99 to Integrated Alarm System, I immediately notified my bank that I've not authorized any company of this nature. They're unsuccessful the second time.

My account (?) was then sold to the rudest Anderson Crenshaw, using intimidation, harrassment, threats of taking me to court, demanding 5 minutes to call my credit card to pay, or reporting to my employment. As matter of fact they already submitted the account to the credit bureaus with DEGATORY PUBLIC RECORDS remarks, & pulling down my credit scores. On 11/05, I filed a complain to BBB Utah and was not resolved and on 12/06, it was turned over to Arbitration. And it's still pending.
