I work for the company and they have several branches in the us that I know of. The New York branch is the USA headquarters, there is a Indiana, Kentucky, Colorado, and Miami Florida Branches.
The company sends out letters when account are placed with the company for collections, and a lot of the times the customer or consumer has either payed these or there still outstanding balances. I also feel the company does harass people by allowing collectors to use nearby people or to search for possible relations by name or phone number.
Not only are the consumer harassed so are the employees because they couldn't get a collection on almost every account, supervisors think that every account is payable and the collector should exploit every asset consumer has for money, regardless of economic situation.
I also believe that FirstSource Advantage or sometimes referred to FSA, is a Very dishonest company and I only work because I needed a job to support my family.
