Fitlogic is a brand built on lies. Lies to investors & venders. The majority of Fitlogics investors are both non sophisticated and non accredited. The financials and cashflow statements shown to Fitlogics non accredited investors are wildly different from what is shown to the institutional investors. Fitlogic lies and misrepresents facts to vendors as well and owes hundreds of thousands of dollars to marketing, production and distribution vendors. Cricket Lee the founder and former CEO of Fitlogic will lie unashamedly about the financial status of Fitlogic and under the advice of Eileen Fraser falsified sales numbers to qualify for funding from Media Funding Corporation.
