My journey began when I started searching for an All-in-One Fitness equipment. I was looking for a piece of equipment that offered many of the workouts I perform at the gym. As you know, due to Covid, many of us gym rats had to find another method to work out. I was looking for a machine that offered a Functional Trainer, Smith Machine and Free weights. So naturally, I entered those key words into Google's search bar.
I reviewed the FSR 80 by Fitness Superstore and it appeared that it had everything I needed. I purchased the FSR80 machine on July 13, 2020 along with two additional add-ons: T-Bar Row attachment & Aluminium Double Swivel Bar and I was told that my order would be delivered to me in August. Immediately after, I purchased my order, I noticed on their webpage that the T-Bar Row attachment and Rotational Trainer was already included in the description, as a feature of the FSR80 machine. After a few days of going back and forth, they finally agreed to honor what was listed on their website and refunded me my money for the T- Bar Row attachment and Rotational Trainer.
The original listing, listed a Barbell Storage holder as one it's features, however, I was told by Tim French- owner of Fitness Superstore that, "it was an error, as this machine does not have this feature.
There is no way for us to get this to you" and he initially did not want to honor what was listed, in error, on their website. After a few months, Tim finally agreed to honor what was originally posted on his website. According to Tim, when he originally communicated that message to me, the piece did not exist nor was it in production plans. As you can see below, my order was suppose to be shipped in August, however, due to ongoing delays it was finally shipped out in September.
The shipment finally arrived close to the end of September and their contractor was unable to deliver it to me because they didn't have a large enough truck and the equipment was damaged on arrival. The base of the machine was scratched and other components were damaged. They tried to fix the issue, but I just got fed up with the whole process and canceled my order. Beware of Fitness Superstore.

The good news is that they agreed to refund me 100% of my money and did not charge me a restocking fee or shipment fee when I canceled my order. They offered to fix their mistakes, however, it was best to go with a new company. I hope their new customers expereinces are better than mines.
