Having known Jeff Hartman since 2007 and previously being in business with him, I am utterly amazed by the level of negative commentary from the alleged Mike Rosenburg.  Apparently Mr. Rosenburg is not an overly well educated person since his literary abilities are on the level of someone around the fifth or six grade.  He's in the debt acquisition business and can't spell the word "acquisition"?  Can not properly format sentences nor spell and he's allegedly in business buy and selling debt portfolio's worth thousands of dollars?  Would any legitimate business person conduct financial transactions with this clown?

My name is Dave Barrett - I am with Barrett & Associates. I also own Pacific Coast Recovery Group and Portfolio Investment Solutions. I have done business with Jeff Hartman for the last 3 years on a consistent basis. Jeff is a broker for his company Fitzgerald Debt Aquisitions. I came acrossed this report and felt the need to respond - Jeff has been known as one of the industry's watchdogs. In the past he has spent countless hours of conducting due diligence for myself and many other companies to keep us from getting scammed out of our money. Jeff has never had any restraint in calling those who do unethical business out on public forums and places where companies attempt to sell debt - making it known to the industry that we should avoid them at all costs. He looks out for the best interests of his clients and those he does business with - just as he does for any innocent company in our industry.

He cares about the debt collection industry. He is a member of the Debt Buyers Association in good standing and he has recently ran for a position on the board/presidency. Our industry is under constant scrutiny because of companies who operate unethically, violate federal laws with collection tactics and frequently sell fraudulent and misrepresented portfolios of debt. I can attest along with a good 10-15 other companies that Jeff does legitimate business. If he made a mistake he would make it right with both the company and/or consumers.

In my opinion I am guessing that the original report filed was by a person who was conducting themselves and their business in a fraudulent and enethical manner, he called them on it and put a stop to it so no one wants to deal with him and now he has gone and filed a bogus claim attempting to defame Jeff's good name. Mike Rosenburg I never heard of you or your company. If I sold your payors you collected for my firm you most of not removed the accounts when you reported back to us, which tells me you were collecting the money and keeping it. I had a relationship with jeffrey hartman with fitzgerald debt acquisitions for 2 years placing with us and we were buying from him as well he sold our payers we collected from him we had 3 merchant accounts shut down cause of mr hartman as well all ports we brought from him were doubled sold on us a year later mr hartman refuses to return our calls lets see if our lawyers make him talk heres hoping everyone else stay away from this guy he swares hes doing you a favor when hes really screwing you over everyone BEWARE !!!!!!
