Five Star Ford Plano Sam Pack's Dishonorable Con-Artists Plano Texas
Derrick Davis refused to honor my after-purchase rebate, even though Don Web and Chris Hooper both helped me set up the rebate. The reason he won't honor the rebate is because they don't want to lose anymore money after the purchase. It's a common car dealer scam. Even the Ford Motor Company knows I am owed this rebate because they processed my claim and classify me as qualified. Apparently, qualifying for a rebate doesn't necessarily mean you are going to actually get that rebate. Do yourself a favor and don't do business here! I work for a global corporation with colleagues that constantly need new company cars that I will spend every ounce of effort sending them away from Five Star Ford Plano... maybe even to another manufacturer, altogether.
