Fix It They charged me and sold me merchandise i did not order New Berlin Wisconsin
A shipping company had dropped a box off at my home. No outer invoice, no description of what contents inside the box. Only a bar code and a name, Simoniz " Fix IT". My Sons had signed for it not knowing what it was. I had then opened the box and in there was 5 Liquid Diamond Car Wax,5 Turbo Vacs, 4 Pro Pens...and more.
No receipt , no shown amount of what was payed, just a invoice. I had then called the company who didn't want anything to do with it. They said they would take off 1/3 of the shipping cost, to send it back. Why am i paying for something i did not buy.
They took $214.00 out of my account leaving me to bounce checks,leaving me even more in debt. Luckily my bank is willing to take care of this matter.
