Package was sent back, Post Office tracking showed they received it on 1/2/09. No credit has been made to my credit card by 1/12 so I called customer service again. She said they had not received the package. When I gave her the post office's tracking number, she said it was an invalid number. I emailed a copy of the form from the post office. Next I called my credit card company and let them know how I had been scammed. They have placed my claim in their dispute category and will contact Fix-it. I'm waiting now to hear back from somebody in this matter.
