I ordered a popular brand of herbal incense from this company on July 12th, 2012 with 4-8day shipping. Never received product and posting today on the 28th. They supposedly wrote down my address wrong and refused to fix it until I called and gave them the exact same address they had already wrote down on my receipt. Never received product and no refund. Do not use this company they only care for your money, they dont care whether you get your product or not.

There seems to be problems on the end of Flame Supply... They claimed they sent three different orders and sent "confirmation" delivery... Web site says orders still pending... anyway I never got the orders... Have been a frequent customer for several months.. no probs.. then all of a sudden... total RIP OFF!
These guys are not to be trusted... DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
