She told that there will be no any e-mail, only information on the web at: http://tainovacations.com/ Christine also asked me for my e-mail address because there was not yet on their system records. 11/15/2004 at 10:20 A.M. PT, Kevin called me back at home to confirm my e-mail address and he will e-mail to me.

This morning I can call to 1-800-803-9534 instead of 1-800-790-4157. I talked with Christne and Kevin, they told me that I could not get the refund back!!!
