Dont buy from them as they will steal your money.. He has several feedbacks that say the same thing since it happened to me.. I ordered a flash drive and i got an empty envelope.

If you used Paypal, file a dispute. If you used a credit card, dispute the charges with your credit card company.

You have to be out of your mind to send money to someone in China and expect them to actually send you the item that you paid for! SORRY, BUT YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO RECOURSE! (I hope that you aren't counting on eBay, as they won't do a damned thing to help you!) Next time, either deal with someone in the United States, or go to a store and buy the item there! I hope that you learned your lesson: Cheapness does not pay!
